yes, but could be waivered if long standing, good paying customers. make sure to ask.

if they use a SIM card just use the same SIM card should transfer I did that with t mobile but I don't know if Verizon uses SIM cards too.

I have at-t pay as you go. I paid cash at best buy with sumsung 8 and continue to use at-t as my carrier and no activation fee. But no contract either Love the phone,...
