• They do come with it you have to go to on April 10th-May 10th 2017 to us.promotions.samsung.com to register your phone and get your offers for the VR,mqybe enchancrd vr if phrchased

• The pre-order items are actually submitted at Samsung.com/us/promotions after the phone has been received. So no need to add them to your cart as Samsung will mail it to you
