Unfortunately, the Dex is a separate purchase. Only promotion I was aware of from different entities were the following: VR goggles by Samsung with $50 of occulous content or an additional s8 or s8+ from select carriers.

Not that I am aware of. I preordered my and will get the VR headset. I am not familiar with the deal you are referring to. I would check with BEST BUY
