Please try again later.Absolutely you can change the font size and the keyboard from the phone or from Google play store there are so many free options in play store you can't even imagine. From the phone it self go to settings and display and play around with screen resolution, font and size and keyboard. I'm sure you'll be able to find custom settings that will work for your husband.
