• Joge, This model is an unblocked international version, I'm currently using in Argentina. This is not a duo SIM card. Regards

• I took this phone to Europe and popped a 1 month subscription SIM in it no problem. Transition between that and back to my US SIM card was seamless.

• Yes. It is a duo SIM card phone. If you are looking for a specific language on this, then I am not sure but it should work any where there is a GSM carrier. It specifically does not say 'an international version'.
