“We currently are Verizon customers. So is it best to upgrade our phones to the S9 in store or online? If I do it online thru BB am I able to upgrade my current phone & keep my same Verizon phone numbers & account?”

I have purchased phones both ways. No different price-wise. But if you go in store it seems to take longer for the whole transaction/activation to go thru. So I guess I would rather do it online myself...on my couch!

We did the upgrade in store and had an excellent experience because of being able to work with a knowledgeable sales person. The transfer from old phones was very easy and we got questions answered directly.
