Hello! We appreciate your interest in our products. That is a USA based single SIM unlocked device. Typically when a device is dual SIM, that will be specified. Please keep in mind that USA devices are designed for use in the USA and we would be unable to guarantee that you would be able to use it without complications in Nigeria. I would suggest you look for an international unlocked dual sim version of the S9 as that would most likely be the version you will need to use in your region.
