Yes, it's internationally unlocked and will work on any country, the processor difference are just variants made for legal reasons for different regions, but it will work

Please try again later.I have a GSM unlocked Snapdragon processor phone before, and I traveled to some Asian country and Europe where GSM always available, and I bought a GSM sim card there, put it in and it just works, The Snapdragon 845 processor is just the phone's processor, I never been to Ireland, but I think you'll be fine. Recently, I bought galaxy S9 plus for the same purpose.
