A Trade In should be available, the way I read the fine print is that the additional $100 will not be available, but I don't see any limitations on trade ins. Another question is how those trade ins are processed. So far I see the info that the trade in is given to you as a gift card that might not be used for the phone itself. That's what the BB rep says on their forum. I'm still trying to figure this one out myself.

Savings offer does not apply to unlocked phones or Sprint Flex Lease. Savings valid online starting 12:01 a.m. ET on 3/2/18 or until release date of phone, whichever is earlier. This is what the promo info states about the trade in deal, so at this point, it would appear that the answer is no.
