“Questions on Music and Microphone Since there is no Itunes How do i load music onto this and play it? Also How is the microphone on this or recording an Interview across the tablet from someone? Can you attach an external mic?”

RE your ? on no iTunes, just go on your browser to iTunes and download it. set up and Voila you can play all your music from iTunes Microphone works fine for me on my yahoo cant say re the recording of stuff have never done it.
