Sleep mode When I press power button to turn off screen it does not go off. Does anyone know
why? Battery use is much to fast with this problem. Thanks for any help.

You have to press and hold the power button until the pop-up appears allowing you to power down. Just pressing the button only puts it in sleep mode.

It's constantly downloading, just turn it off, and even if you use it for alarms the product will still work

You need to hold the button in until the screen goes off.. Sometimes takes a few seconds. Also chech your settings for your screen. Another option is to turn the power off.

Did you push the power button until the shut down menu appears on the display? If no then push the power button until the shut down menu appears and tap on the shut down command on the display

It should go off. I'd take it in to be looked at if the screen does not turn off when the power button is pressed.
