MS Word comes pre-loaded on this tablet. A separate bluetooth keyboard can be used (virtually any brand). However you will find the S Pen very useful for hand writing notes and documents.

Yes to both - Word (the Android version) runs just fine on this tablet, and any bluetooth keyboard should be able to pair with it; I'm using my old Apple bluetooth keyboard with it.

The tab comes with MS Word on it that you can use for free if you have a Microsoft account (hotmail email, outlook, xbox.) Pretty much any Bluetooth keyboard (which you can buy a keyboard/protective case combo for about $30) will work with the tablet.
