- Answer Not sure I understood exactly what you were asking. I bought the version that does not have a mobile plan. It must be connected to a wifi network to use apps that don't work without some type of internet connection.

- Answer All resent Samsung devises have Smart View. You can send from ex. Phone to tv, tablet to tv , laptop to tv and vice versa. Plus you can sync your tv , then turn tv off and still view and maintain control of what you are watching from the tv ( station or streaming control)
