Can I do facetime on this with someone who has a iPad? null

You could download an app called VIBER-- if you and your friend download this app you can face time on any tablet, any phone or computer-- The app uses your internet instead of data plans. You can share pictures, message and make international calls to other Viber users if you do a lot of traveling..Your viber account can be downloaded to multiple devices as well. It is my favorite free app to keep in touch with my family and friends.

No you can not facetime as that is exclusively apple. They could download google duo which is on this device and then you could video chat. It is the same as facetime, google apps can just be loaded to multiple brand devices.
