No, it does not automatically have VUDU on the tablet... but yes, it CAN be downloaded onto the system. I have the VUDU app. on my tablet. It is nice to have the VUDU app as I can use the app when using digital codes to add movies to my VUDU Library. It will play the movies on VUDU. I usually get them in HDX, but I believe it will play SD and UHD quality movies as well. I could be wrong on the UHD movies though as I don't really know anything about UHD at all. Sorry. You'll have to check on that. But I believe it will play SD, HD & HDX quality movies. Hope my answer helps you. Have a nice day !
