“Does this tablet allow you to make video calls like facetime”

We apologize; the Galaxy devices do not support Facetime; however, you can use Google Duo, Samsung's Facetime version. It is not an apple product so facetime is not an option. It does however make video calls with apps like duo and Facebook very well as long as you have a decent wifi network.
