“I bought one of these a while back and I just noticed there was a slot where you can add memory and a SIM card, but mine has the sim card section blocked off is there a reason for this? Also I am unable to connect to the wifi after hard reset , help!”

If you look in the box in the area where the little user guide is you will find what looks like a paper clip. It is attached to the box in a cut out slot. Use this device to insert in the small hole on the memory cover. When inserted this item will help to open the card cover so you may insert the memory card. As far as WiFi connection problem. If you are doing a Factory reset you need to set up WiFi connection again as a Factory reset wipes out setting. Hope this was helpful.
