- Answer I'm going to have to guess, but I'd guess yes...as during set up, it asked me about other Samsung accounts (I do not have any though). Aside from that, it is a nice tablet. I am not disappointed like I was with the Fire 10 HD.

- Answer It has a usb c port. You can buy a hdmi to usb c cable to connect to your tv. OR I'd just buy a chromecast for 30 bucks and you can steam wireless to your tv

- Answer I do not know. I doubt it. This uses wifi, so your car would need to be a hot spot to have a connection.
