I have the Barns and Noble app installed on one of my Samsung tablets and it works just like the app that came with a Barns and Noble tablet except that now B&N has discontinued the readout function or at least it no longer works on this tablet. All other functions seem to work. Installing the App is no more difficult than any other App. If you have a B&N account all of your other books should be available. If you have a B&N store near you they can answer questions and give you the B&N customer servive/tech support phone number.
