A:AnswerI bought a keyboard/case combo on Amazon for $35 that has worked great with it. Just type in the tablet name and model and you will have various options. I didn't see one with a scrolling pad, but you may be able to dig a little deeper and find one. If you cannot find one with a scrolling pad, you can always buy a bluetooth mouse and attach that as well as the keyboard.
A:AnswerI bought mine for a trip to Cozumel, then upgraded to a high end AT&T plan so I would have unlimited text, data, and phone calls. I didn't want to carry my cell for the same reason you stated. On LABOR Day, the day before I left, I was surprised to find this didnt have a SIM card slot so thephone on it wouldnt work without my phone as a hotspot. I now use this at home for game playing and other things besides talking.
