“Can you system update with Ethernet connection. Other Samsungs dont. Why not? App software updates can. If I am having a wireless problem and factory reset, I want to get the latest system.”

• I do have a type C multi port. I connect to Ethernet. I can browse. I can get a new app. I cannot system update

• You could try getting a USB-C to Ethernet Adapter, that you could plug into the USB-C port of the tablet.
