Can you make phone calls on this ? null

This tablet is not for phone, it only has micro sd expansion slot.

It's wifi only, but there's a feature to let you text and call from it. It must connect to your phone somehow. I've never used the feature, I haven't set it up yet. The first few times I used my tablet it kept asking me if I wanted to make calls or texts and kept prompting to set it up.
