I'm not a techie so I'm not sure about the Microsoft 365 I didn't purchase it and if it's on the tablet I haven't used it yet not that I know of but it does not come with a screen protector you would have to pay for that separate hope this little bit helped you out PS I bought the tablet for more storage and it works great
