• Wi-fi only. You have to buy one specific to your carrier. But if you have a Samsung phone you can connect it to your phone

• I'm not quite sure what you mean. When you login to your router you can receive all of the functions you use on your computer if you have your computer programs installed on the tablet. I hope this helps.
