As far as charging overseas, you can charge your Galaxy device using any Samsung travel adapter, but charging speeds may vary depending on the charger. You would be looking for an LTE version of tablet if you were wanting to add it to your wireless carrier's network.   • QuestionCan you download music and files from Media Player on a laptop to this device to then listen to the music?

    • Answer Yes, but you'll need to use a USB C to USB A cable or another compatible cord for your PC to connect to your tablet. Then you'll want to copy the music files on your computer and then paste them to the DCIM folder which is located inside of the tablet folder on your file explorer after you've connected the tablet.
