• Hi there Bob, thank you for your question about the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+. This device absolutely has video recording capabilities. The camera is 5MP for the front facing and 8MP on the rear with up to 10x zoom capabilities. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

• I haven't really used it, so I can't speak as to the quality, but it can record video, and it has zoom up to x10.
