You can get a micro SD card adapter for a USB drive, and transfer files that way.

Not sure if you could use an adapter to be able to use your USB thumb drive. The adapter didn’t work for my monitor which is why I reached out for help from the monitor company and Best Buy. Sorry I couldn’t help.
