“I just purchased the Galaxy Tab S10 FE yesterday and I would like to know why it comes with a charging cable, but not a charger. I was not informed of this when I purchased it or I would have bought the charger at the same time.”

You have to get an adapter to plug the cable directly into an electrical outlet if your outlet does not have a "C" plug outlet.
