Aloha, thanks for taking the opportunity to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The advertised Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Only version of this device. It is fully functional while in the presence of a steady Wi-Fi signal. So, yes, you are able to use this device when you're away from home but keep in mind that you'll need Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot to fully utilize this device.
