Yes! The Nook has Barnes & Nobles pre-loaded apps and I felt like they really didn't have a good replacement program if something were to go wrong. They do have great help with their app and if you bought it at Best Buy then loaded the app on your own they will still be so nice in helping you. At least at our store anyhow! Hope this helps!
