• The 16GB is your hard drive memory, once it's full you can't add anymore to the tablet. This tablet though comes with expanded memory SD card Slot, where you can install an SD memory card up 256GB. So yes you can add a 32GB SD card to a 16GB Galaxy Tab S3.
