Can I get the galaxy skin from this? null

It does not come with the skin. You have to install Fortnite and then play 3 games/rounds. After that, the skin will be available to you in Fortnite after 24-48 hours. You can read about this online. Once you have it, it also appears if you are playing on PS4 (not sure about the other platforms).
