• Yes, office for Android... I have Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. I create doc on Laptop/PC and send to email to open read on tablet for later use, however if you want create or edit a document on the table .... You will have to Activate office 365 Subscription... :(

• Microsoft does have apps for Android based machines, not sure if they are free or not. Google docs is a free subsitute as well.
