“I'm wanting a tablet that can run and I can draw using solid edge CAD (free version) by Seimans, Inc. Can anyone verify that this has a pen included and can this tablet handle this software?”

This tablet does NOT include a pen, I would look for the system requirements on the CAD website and see if it meet the recommended system requirements. I think in my opinion it may not be possible. Hope this help.

No. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e does not come with a stylus. However, you can get one through a third-party manufacturer if you want.
