• The specifications on Samsung`s website seem to say the 64 gig model has 4 gb ram and the 128 has has 6 gb of ram. I have seen specifications in other places that say 4gb on the 128 but I think those are just mistakes. All I can say forsure is I got the 128 model and it definitely has 6gb of ram.
