• yes, Samsung makes 10.5 tablets you can use with service providers. I also have a Verizon tablet that works with wifi when I'm home and 4G when I'm on the train.

• I don't know of one. You could see if you could get wifi service through your phone and share it with your tablet. Or buy your own mifi through a telephone company live AT&T then you have your own service
