I got the 64 gB version and it seems to do all of those things just fine. I'd invest in a 256 gB Micro SD card instead and move as many apps and data to that as you can.

An SD card for additional storage is ideal for your spreadsheets, music, movies, and any other files accessed by the applications. 64 GB should be enough for the OS/apps and an additional 128 GB SD card (256 GB SD card supported) for files is plenty for my use.
