“Does the keyboard turn it into the DeX format or is it something in the tablet that does that when the keyboard is attached? I know the bluetooth keyboard is not referenced like that. Just the one that physically attaches to the tablet”

• You are able to set options for DEX in the settings on the tablet. You can set it to Auto Start when Book Cover keyboard is connected or Auto Start when HDMI is connected or you can just manually turn on DEX without any keyboard cover attached.
