A:AnswerThere is no sim card slot or cellular radio on this device, therefore it cannot use mobile cellular internet on its own. You will need to use your phones Mobile Hotspot feature or get an auxiliary device (commonly called a jetpack) to create a wireless hotspot using your data plan and connect to it as a wifi network. The carrier you use does not matter since it uses wifi, so the tablet will not need to be 'unlocked'.
A:AnswerThis tablet can handle office work and has google docs built in for free which can do documents(Google Docs), spreadsheets(Google Sheets), and presentations(Google Slides). If you need more advanced document editing features, you can also download Microsoft Office on the app store, but you will have to pay for a subscription to Office 365 for full access. Your school might offer free or discounted versions of Microsoft Office 365 for your use so ask there first.
A:AnswerI don't believe so. There is only a tray for expandable memory (microsd card). I don't see one for a SIM card that would allow for connectivity to a wireless carrier like ATT or T-mobile, etc... I hope this helps.
A:AnswerWhen I purchased it came with 3 months of free malware protection. In my experience, Android devices rarely suffer from malware like their Windows counterparts.
A:AnswerEverything will sync if you use your Samsung account to sync the pictures from your phone. So when you use your Samsung account In the tablet it will also show up there.

A:AnswerI purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite bundle package which included the book cover and glass screen protector. I picked my package up when notified that it was in for pickup. That night I opened the packages to assemble my order. The book cover fit perfectly. The glass screen protector that was included was not the correct screen protector. It was for an Apple iPad and it was way too big. I checked the Best Buy web site and sure enough it was an Apple iPad protector in the bundle. The next day I returned the screen protector. The clerk ordered what she said was the correct one. When the order came in I took it home and I couldn't believe it this was also the wrong protector. I returned it the next day. I was very upset. The clerk ordered another protector. She said I had to pay an additional $5.30. I said that is not right this was not my fault. I said ok I'm very upset but I will pay it. Then I said when I pick up the next protector I want it installed by someone here and I want it installed at no charge to me. She said we can't do that it will cost you $7.99 for the install. I was very upset but I paid the $7.99. I was notified that my order was in for pickup. I came in yesterday and had the protector installed by someone in the Geek Squad. Needless to say I'm not happy with Best Buy's business ethics. I felt after 4 trips to the store and the long wait they could have installed the correct protector for no charge to me. I can't give Best Buy a good recommendation.
