• The S7+ is larger. S7 is 11" and the S7+ is I think 12.7". For the difference in price the S7 is fine.

• Only difference is the screen size (the S7+ is like 1" bigger). Unless you're wanting a cheaper iPad the S7 regular is sufficient.
