• Yes you can. The watch has a microphone to send a text using voice to text. However to use the calling feature, you will need headphones.

• You can get notifications of calls and text. Can't answer calls,but you can send a text

• Hello Lorie, you can quickly and easily view incoming messages on this watch and send replies, and you won't even need to take out your phone. This watch utilizes the built in mic for Bixby interaction only and is not able to take calls directly on the watch. ^Elizabeth

• You can text from the watch and you can answer the phone but you need earbuds for the person to hear you.
