• Yes I set this up shortly ago. The gps location sent wasn't exact but close enough that it is a usable function that I like.

• Yes, you have to go through settings on your galaxy wear app on your phone and enable it. Pressing the home button 3 times sends your location to your emergency contacts but doesn't say it sends to the police.
