Does this watch do as much as the Galaxy 42mm null

I had the Samsung Gear s2 rose gold before this model and other than the adjustment ring all other functions/apps appear the same. I have never used voice commands so I'm not sure if it has that capability, got 2 different answers from sale consultants.
