• You can hit the answer phone on the watch but it will take you right to your phone you can't talk on your watch unless you added the plan $10 a month with your phone service plan

• If it's connected to a bluetooth earphone with mic then yes. This watch doesn't have a speaker, you cannot speak directly to it. I can cancel and accept calls but not talk like the other watches.
