There are many different watch faces to choose from - there are several that come preinstalled on the watch, and and endless amount available to download on the Galaxy store from your phone.

There is a lot of options. I changed the appearance a few times and enjoyed it. It is pretty easy to do it with the app. 
In general is a great watch. I would recommend it.

you can change the watch faces. There are lots of free and paid faces you download using the Samsung wear app you'll have to download to your phone.
