It does not have a speaker so no. You have to talk with your phone or your bluetooth earbuds.

No speaker or mic. The watch makes it easy to answer phone calls when you have bluetooth earphones. Makes it so you dont have to reach for your phone while hiking or simply at the gym. If you are looking for one with speaker or mic, this is not for you. You'll have to purchase the upper model in the $400 range.
