• Hello Ronnie, great question! When the watch is worn in brighter environments, Outdoor mode will automatically adjust the display brightness to suit the environment for better visibility. You must move indoors or into a darker environment to adjust the brightness (unlike Auto low brightness). ^Elizabeth
