I use it mostly for getting notifications like text/calls/email from my phone.

This is a more fitness dedicated watch, it looks nicer the other watches but lacks some of the features.

I don't either but yes it has a lot of the features the other watches have. This watch does not have an external speaker so you do have to use earbuds or headphones.

Yes this is still a very practical watch for everyday use. It is not as flashy as the more expensive watch (that has the rotating face) and it is not as bulky.
