• You download Samsung Health app to your phone and connect that to your watch. Here is a website that walks you through selecting a program on your phone first then your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062451/ Consider Skimble Workout Trainer app also. You can get guided workouts on phone and tracking/timer/instructions on your watch.
