A:AnswerHello CPL100, we apologize that this has been a less than ideal experience. Here is a link (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111642/) to an article that will help you troubleshoot the inaccurate floor count factors. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerHello RyeGuy, thanks for asking! This watch pairs with smartphones running Android 5.0 or higher & RAM 1.5GB and above, iOS 9.0 and later, and smartphones iPhone 5 and newer. You can make and answer calls right from your wrist! You just need to make sure the watch is connected to your phone through Bluetooth or through a mobile network. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerSimilar to smartphones being able to download apps from Apple or Google Play stores, the Samsung Galaxy Watch has their own store which has watch faces and games you can download.
A:AnswerYou can use 2 watches. I use the Samsung as a smartwatch and sometimes use my Garmin Vivoactive for golf and bike riding. These two watches don't talk to each other but you can workaround this. I use Endomondo with the Samsung and then Endomondo can talk to Garmin Connect to display activity results on Garmin Connect.
A:AnswerHello Jo, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We would love the opportunity to look into this matter further for you. Please give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG. We're here to help! ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerHello TesSA, that's a really good question! Just like with any other smart device, software and apps will need to be updated every so often. And luckily, you can update both whether or not you have a phone! ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerHello Deepr, thanks for asking! This watch has a Super AMOLED display and has passed military specification (MIL-STD-810G) testing against specific conditions, including drops from 4.9 feet, extreme temperatures, dust, shock and vibration, and low pressure and high altitude. ^Elizabeth

A:AnswerI haven't had mine die on me yet, but I doubt it would still show the time because when it's dead, it's dead. I will say that when the battery gets low, though, it will ask if you want to enter a power-saving mode to help make what's left of the battery last longer. I've had to do this a few times until I could charge it, and it helps but it changes everything to black-and-white, turns off wi-fi, and turns off all functions except calls messages and notifications (these functions depend on whether or not you're connected to a phone). I think the screen stays inactive/off until you hit a button to see it too.
A:AnswerI'm not sure. Me and my wife both have active 2 watches with no plan and it connects with bluetooth. It gets texts, calls and notifications just like your phone as long as it's close enough.
A:AnswerBB shows 229$ I think this is better deal right now. but BB says they will do price match refund if the price reduced as some holiday season deals going on
